The first-principles calculations indicate that the semihydrogenated silicene (H@Silicene) is a ferromagnetic semiconductor. By the ab initio quantum transport theory, we study for the first time the transport properties of H@Silicene with pristine silicene Buy Jordans as electrodes. A high on/off current ratio of 106 is obtained in the single-gated H@Silicene device. More importantly, a spin-polarized current can be generated. The spin-filter efficiency increases with the gate voltage and reaches 100% at a voltage of 1.9 V. Our results suggest that a gate voltage can induce half-metallicity in H@Silicene. Therefore, a new avenue is opened for H@Silicene in application of spintronics.
Based on the angular spectrum representation of the Maxwell’s equations and the complex Gaussian expansion of the aperture function, the structure of an apertured vector Gaussian beam Air Jordan 9 Retro
in the far field is presented in the integral form. By means of the method of stationary phase, the analytical vectorial structures are obtained. According to the analytical expressions, the characteristics of vectorial structure of an apertured Gaussian beam are investigated in the far field. The influence of a linearly polarized Air Jordan 3 Vancouver
angle on the vectorial structure is also studied in the far field. This research provides a novel approach to further comprehend the vectorial property of an apertured Gaussian beam.
